OSMbuildings wrapper?

I've recently discovered osmbuildings.org and https://github.com/OSMBuildings/OSMBuildings, which looks amazing to me. And if I understand correctly their viewer is based on a leaflet extension. So I thought let's drop this info here and maybe someone has an idea or some interest in developing an ipyleaflet wrapper for it? See also: https://github.com/OSMBuildings/OSMBuildings/issues/243
