When you say "Install the native host", do you mean just copy the file somewhere? Because the file type is not recognized (I'm using Linux Mint).

Also, should we create the native-messaging-hosts folder if it doesn't exist? Should the path in the json file be absolute or relative, and should it include the file name?

An example would be helpful.

I am really struggling with that step, I really have no idea about how to do it
