Worked for a while but Now keeps clicking out of the window...

I used it for a while and worked great after some configuration. Now when I start it, it moves the curser but when it clicks it, I notice the wow tab on the bottom bar un highlights like its not in the game anymore. If I manually click it puts the curser back in the game but does same thing as soon as the bot clicks. I am playing in window mode, not full screen. I have multiple displays on the same video card. I tried turning one off, i tried in full screen mode. It almost seems like its click behind the wow window on the desktop which is causing the wow window to not be on top. If this makes sense. Any suggestions to try? Thanks
