got network authentication failure

Hi, I am facing the following error:

E: Failed to fetch http://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/stretch/InRelease  Clearsigned file isn't valid, got 'NOSPLIT' (does the network require authentication?)

What should I do next?

Might be the nginx version. I got a similar error.
