Add ability to change root directory

When using Windows 11, the ability to change the root directory is missing. The app only has access to the desktop.

For me on Win11 it is working fine as "This PC" is a child of "Desktop", and all the other drives are children of "This PC" on that standard Windows tree view.

Tho, there's probably a more modern Folder picker in Win32 that might be better to use than this one? image
