I recommend running with a process manager like Gunicorn and a reverse proxy like nginx.

I'm not able to reproduce this bug in the current version of timepicker.
The containing element referenced by `appendTo` needs to have the `position: relative` CSS rule set.
Thanks for posting this! I agree with both of your points that it'd be an improvement but also a breaking change. I'll need to think about the migration path.
I was unable to reproduce the error myself on a macbook, but my best guess is maybe it's caused by an old version of Flask on a new version of...
