Quality of Life - "Report a Bug" on the Report picker

Until we reach v1, could we have a "report a bug" option on the "Report" feature? And perhaps a hyperlink to github / discord? That way we could easily tag posts that highlight bugs since we can't hyperlink directly to posts.

Nice idea - though I want to make sure this is only on for takahe.social! I'll work on an option for that.
