I can re-open it for you (@lukew3 went off to another job), but that said - I don't think it'll get fixed. We're re-working the job composer (nee Project Manager)...

3.1 will ship with it, although it's disabled by default because it doesn't have some key features like file management or historic jobs yet.

Writing the documentation helped clear this up. `group` is for group/submenu seperators where `title` is the title of the list item.

This is kinda in progress now. It's not `favorite apps`, but `saved settings`. So it's not like you're saving Jupyter as your favorite application, it's more like you're saving XYZ...
