Calendars are setup for every project using the `calendar` subdomain Will provide update on iCal support by next TAC meeting

iCal support is live; we've used the `ical` subdomain as a forward. Projects should test and we can decommission the `lists.aswf.io` calendar if it works. Below is the full list...
