Add additional location data (street address) to images

Related to Issue #195 - parse and add "street address" level sub-location data and add it (optionally) to the EXIF/XMP fields in a human readable format.

Initial testing of this idea shows it can get a bit messy, as some street addresses are not found via the MapQuest openAPI (they are found with their non-open API, but the API formats are significantly different).

Would like a way to just parse from human provided location and have it stored, at a minimum.
