Webmention Blocklist

Linking to other pages in the same blog will send webmentions to oneself. Maybe this can be toggle on/off by the user?

Idea: Implement a blocklist to ignore sending webmentions to specific domains or receiving webmentions from domains. Maybe using regular expressions?
