enable disable file menu for making Goomba versions (for DS Light and GB micro users)

since Goomba Color's MBC5 is kinda supported, it would be nice to have an option to enable or disable the file menu for making Goomba compatible versions for anyone who wants to try the newer LSDJ versions on a DS Light or a GB Micro.

Note to self: To turn a regular LSDj ROM into a Goomba ROM, hex sequence "c5 21 78 be e5 3e 04 f5 33" should be replaced by "1e 00 c9 00 00 00 00 00 00". ROM checksum also needs to be updated. Zero bytes at end of replacement string do not matter, something needs to be there as padding though.
