Possible to integrate pan tilt for camera?

Would it be possible to change the UI to reflect a pan tilt mechanism like the one below please, so basic UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT buttons like the Rover control buttons for the Camera? image

if these are dc motors then yes

but if these are servo motors then no

They are SG90 servo motors and can be connected directly to the RPi as shown here image
