I’ve encountered the same problem on Alpine Linux and ppc64le.

First of all, the server should never crash on invalid/malformed/whatever input, that’s DoS vulnerability.

Actually, in this case it’s much easier to use [cross](https://github.com/cross-rs/cross) (ring is PITA), which you’re already using… it seems to work out of the box, so where’s the problem?
