Compatibility with providers requiring email for zones

As of today, clouddns isn't compatible with latest version of fog gem - as far as my understanding of ruby source and stack traces goes, fog now requires additional email parameter which is not part of clouddns DSL

Unfortunately I am unable to resolve this on my own - do you plan to maintain clouddns further?

I only use clouddns with AWS SES. Other providers (like zerigo) may require an email with zones.
