I cannot get audio stream after I open other app which can record audio

when I use weichat to record audio，and then use this videoCore，I cannot get audio stream 打开微信后，使用语言功能，微信退到后台，打开我们的app，进行推流，获取不到音频，但是打开音频设备正常
