Agreed on mold; that pull-req looks like it'd conflict with it in multiple ways.

@jgarzik I'm still swamped with work - you should look through pythonize yourself and ask me your questions. What's on github at https://github.com/petertodd/python-bitcoinlib/tree/pythonize is up-to-date with respect to what work I've done.
