determine if there is still something to record -> stop recording automatically

Hi

I'd like to implement a feature in my App where it stops a recording automatically when it is getting silent. I don't need a perfect solution. But is there a way to determine if there is still some noise or talking happening?

Work for that is being done in #112 but we'll need someone for the iOS implementation!
