• Added a mention of the optional color alpha transparency argument
• Change the other color in Colors example to a transparent blue, named 'water'
• Added an example with all Isomer options in the end of the 'Getting started' section
• Created a new CSS class, .comment, which I also sprinkled all over the page wherever there were comments in the code blocks.

I hope the explanations for Isomer options get double checked, as I'm not that familiar with the project.

Also, if you for some reason dislike the .comment class being used in code blocks, let me know and I'll remove them.
