Just ran into this issue as well. Narrowed it down to this plugin version 1.2.3. Also breaks incoming emails creating new issues, emails are never created.
The developer claims it was fixed in version 1.2.3, however at least with redmine 4.1.3 using plugin version 1.2.3, the warning still exists.
Just ran into this. The latest released version 0.9.2 doesn't have this fix. Perhaps we can get a new version release?
