respawn.smx How to know player or bot respawned?

It would be nice if i can know if bots or player actually respawned. maybe a notification when a player or bots are respawned, how many respawned tickets left, when respawned tickets countered are reset etc.

When the command is run, it prints a message to console and all admins. I am probably going to be doing more work on the notifications, let me know what you're looking for specifically and I'll try to add it.

The reason I asked this is to know whether the plugins work or not. If there is a message in the console and all admins(what is admin? when i join my server and log in through rcon?) that is suffice.
