I thought about this some more.... most of these changes will actually work! There are only 2 of them that can't automatically be applied: * CUDA jobs (fixed in #6458)...

Those 3 failing `cudf-pandas-integration` test jobs are *optional* and the failures are not a result of this PR's changes. I'm confident in that because I see the exact same failures...
