the icon in the signcolumn is always one above the text with the virtual line, which looks off

I believe this might have been intentional? The icon shows the actual line of code that the gpt comment has implications on. Which doesn't mean it can't be improved of course. Just my 2 cents.

Great icons! No idea how to have sign column icons on virtual text lines. It was intentional but I'd be happy to change this if only I knew how
