Using the nvidia hook mentioned by @wjbridge and the preview docker tag I was able to get live photos to convert using my nvidia 3080.  

Hey @apricote, I am using the unreleased Robot support from this repo. I am currently using cilium between all nodes so disabling the networking function for hccm is no problem....

Turns out using the rootless package `codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo:1.20-rootless` was the ticket. Works great so far.

More to the point of the original issue is I don't have any problems with cscli commands and lapi crashing with these almost factory settings.
