synctex reverse doesn't work!

i used synctex reverse well. but now it doesn't work properly. my atom works exactly like similar issue #140 but my OS is window 10

Thanks for opening an issue, @kim0sun. Can you clarify which version of Atom and which version of this package you're using? Also, what do you mean by "doesn't work" -- do you see an error of some kind or does nothing happen? At which point did this stop working -- when you updated to a more recent version of Atom or maybe when you installed some other package?

Hi! Today is 10/31/2019, I've just updated my packages on my computer, something which is very strange happened. Before I upgrade the packages, synctex can work with chinese path, I mean, the path contains chinese character, but after upgrade, synctex doesn't work! I don't know what happened, it might be some compatibility issue.
