Kuwait Phone Number starting with +965 58****** shows invalid while using the 0.8 or Above version of Library.

Trying to add validation of Phone Number with the help of this Library. However , got an issue with the Kuwait Phone number starting with +965 58****** . Library shows invalid phone number.

Checked and verify in the version 0.8 and above.

I request you to please add support or update validation for Kuwait phone number.

Verified the number with the below link as suggested in Main page guide. It seems to be valid phone number. https://rawgit.com/googlei18n/libphonenumber/master/javascript/i18n/phonenumbers/demo-compiled.html
