[Controller request] Add stick position config as a option that can be turned off and on turned off

So When using Normal Controllers it works fine BUT when you use joy cons the stick placement is using the configurations when it is on its side so Up is Left, Down Is Right, Left is down and Right is Up which does nothing in this game So a option could be turned on to change the direction of the characters to go in that direction.
