Create an admin interface for managing orgs, collabs, contributors and bots

Following on from #23

Updating the new org and contributor tables shouldn't require users to run commands in the console, instead there should be a simple CRUD admin interface for managing both.

  • [ ] organization (both internal and collaborators)
  • [ ] contributors (both core and bots)

@andrew what's the best way for us to update internal team members? We have a few people to add for triage so that they don't show up in general user lists.

@jacobheun it exists but the login doesn't always work, can you try: https://ipfs.ecosystem-dashboard.com/admin/contributors

I think I need to swap out the gh auth for google auth, in the short term, i can mark some folks as internal if you list their gh usernames

Added them, I think I need Andy to get back from holiday before I can fully hook the google auth up so feel free to ping here or in slack if you see any more folk that need marking
