In IE11 when try to go to news next page, page becomes not clickable.

When I try to load the app in IE11 the page loads fine, but if I try to go to second page of the news the page will become not clickable. Comparing to chrome I noticed the "Loading" popup never showed, which caused the "loading-backdrop" overlay blocking the page content.
