Actual Result: Can not init Myriad device error occurs if not to plug the Neural Compute Stick 2 again when switching models:

How to Reproduce:

  1. Visit https://intel.github.io/webml-polyfill/examples/image_classification
  2. Select LOW_POWER
  3. Select one model and switch to other model
