NVD API changing in late 2022, JSON to disappear in late 2023

  • "late 2022" the API is going to change
  • "late 2023" the other feeds including our fallback JSON will go away

I'm guessing we'll probably get the 3.2 release out before the API change, but we're likely going to have to plan for a 3.3 release as soon as the changes actually occur.

We should dig around to find whatever API 2.0 docs are available and see if it's viable to support both in the 3.2 release so the transition can happen seamlessly for users. They don't seem to have been linked in that announcement above: if you find them putting a link here would be helpful!
