Add missing "libmd" to metrics discovery detection.

Talked with @joshuaranjan : Actually we previously removed this due to a conflict with distro packages in commit https://github.com/intel/compute-runtime/commit/a968cb223ea60d476d191a1f61dd4791178aacb4.

Work is currently being done to fix this issue and avoid further collisions.
