Summary

Add help contents for the different blocks and categories, to let anyone be able to learn what blocks do, and how to use them

Why is this block useful?

Having help contents will allow anyone who isn't familiar with the Twitch API, or other underlying Javascript features, making it easier for everyone to use ChatBlocks!

I've already got a bit of work done for this feature, but I wanted to create an issue so that it would be "out there" that this is happening.

I already was working on the wiki page in Github where the help can link to for each block. If you can show your version we can decide on what to use!

Oooh, wiki's clever! I don't know if it "travels" when people are working on blocks locally, or clone a repo.
