Based on this issue https://github.com/infinum/eightshift-docs/issues/188 we should add a notice when using the storybook use command to run the npm install for the storybook package.

Additional note should be outputted in the WP-CLI command saying something like:

Please run `npm i @eightshift/storybook --save-dev` to finish installing the storybook package in your project.
