firefox 47.0.1 TDM v0.3.1 i download files form this link. https://download.glasswire.com/GlassWireSetup.exe

According to the log window, TDM was unable to write to the local file as permission was not granted. It happens for instance when a file is opened by another application in ready-only mode. Can you try one more time and see if TDM hits the same error or not
