Add the foundations for providing user customisable sorting of the formats in the downloads panel.

So would you like this being merged? If so what options are we going to provide to users?

I wouldn't exactly merge as is, as I was too hasty removing your previous sort algorithm. Also how I configured my sort algorithm to match yours was just a guesstimate.

It is up to you if it is something you would like to merge; if it is something you want to merge, I will create an interface for it in the options dialog box. It will be just text boxes that will take comma separated values, a button loading defaults, checkbox to override the current sorting algorithm.

I actually don't need this amount of flexibility but I wrote it this way for possibly the projects benefit.
