There are some cases where people misunderstand how to use Hackdash and creates several dashboards with only one project inside.

There should be a good way to teach them.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, wrong button. Yes, is not intuitive, what about create some descriptive texts? Or create a walkthrough?

An optional guided tour may be a good option.

Maybe in the frontpage of hackdash.org you should get a "search your hackdash" first, and later on (advanced user, or one who knows what a hackdash is) be able to create a dashboard.

Usually, for any event, there are a few people (admins) willing to create one, and a LOT of newbies trying to find the proper one.

Also, simplification of the interface as #140 could help.
