Access SLB9672 has error code 0xE0295300.

I send command "TPMFactoryupd -info' can get the TPM information, but has error message occur.

Error code: 0xE0295300 Message: A TPM error occured Details: 0xE02802C4 Explanation: TPM_RC_VALUE: value is out of range or is not correct for the context. parameter 2 is invalid.

Try with SLB9670 was no error message.
