Looks like a propaganda site, but not malware. Just because security vendors flag a website does not mean it is malicious. Thanks
YouTube ads are difficult/impossible to block at the DNS level. You need a browser based (or maybe system wide?) blocker (i.e. [uBlock Origin](https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock), [AdGuard](https://adguard.com/en/welcome.html)).
