Fix TypeScript

Use tsimp instead of ts-node and make sure all imports follow actual ESM

Mind fixing the CI? Just needs a node version update in the workflow. Could you also update api.distributed.press with these changes since we need them to be in sync to release them?

Note: this change requires devs to use an updated Node, like Node 20
