Bug report

When the system goes to sleep and resumes Hyperion-x11 drops connection to a remote WLED and doesn't reconnect.

Steps to reproduce

Use Hyperion.ng with a WLED, send the computer to sleep and then resume it.

What is expected?

Hyperion.ng reconnects to the WLED

What is actually happening?

Hyperion.ng doesn't reconnect to the WLED.
