Describe script arguments correctly in README

The lists of arguments in the README do not correctly describe the actual arguments used by the training and interaction scripts. This change simply updates the README so it matches the scripts.

Additionally, I have changed the name of the folder referenced in the README for running the interaction script from a trained model. The training script produces a folder called runs not data.
