Hetzner Volumes via CSI driver

Since January Hetzner has a CSI driver for their scalable "Volumes": https://github.com/hetznercloud/csi-driver

Wouldn't that be a superior alternative to Rook et al. in the case of Hetzner?

It probably is, but I'd like to keep this project provider agnostic. However, it would be great to add some hints to the guide.
