I hope it's not too much to ask. Thing is that after MS introduced dark file explorer it's getting to be a standard, even for the win32 applications ;)

No, @dracula themes is for apps with internal themes engine (like text editors etc.). And i got some google search for dos and think is hard to introduce "dark file explorer" theme for win32 app.

• uxtheme.dll's AllowDarkModeForApp (ordinal 135) and AllowDarkModeForWindow (ordinal 133).

Yes.

You can use dark style with SecureUxTheme workaround for not signed themes (secureux is recommended, because of he does not change system files).

ps: macOS Big Sur Dark theme used.

upd: Also, question for newbies in this thread:

1. Why @microsoft was introduced Dark theme for UWP apps only, but left win32 apps with Aero Light?
2. Why @microsoft just not add Aero Dark theme to add support for native dark theme for all Windows apps? Isn't it easier to do so?

upd2: In, at least, 5 (!) years you still does not give Aero Dark theme for users, hmm.

@microsoft you still not get dark mode for win32 apps, sad.

simplewall is the best and I am very grateful for all the time spent in it.

That said the only thing I yearn for in this app is dark mode :(
