Horizontal moving bar

When using Eee PC notebook, the Topmenu list sometimes exceeds the limit, and I can’t clearly tell what it is. I hope there will be a horizontal moving bar in the menu bar in the exceeded part. 20230908_195821

Does the EEE PC meet the system requirements? Which resolution does it have?

I'm not sure but it works with the system and its resolution is 1024x600.
