Feature Request: NSM Support

NSM is a fairly popular protocol for controlling audio programs on Linux, making it easier to use multiple music creation programs together. https://new-session-manager.jackaudio.org/

For maximum benefit this would be great in conjunction with JACK Transport support as mentioned in #268
