hey there. it isn't quite clear what you are experiencing here. Could you share a little more details. what do you mean by "event is locked" and "return 1000"? What exactly did you restart to fix it?

This situation does not happen often,It happened by accident.The performance of this situation is that the webhook is not requested. After a long time, the status in the event_invocation_logs table is 1000.Restarted hasura service
