feat(example): adding auto-unseal example

  • Added a Terraform blueprints example for creating EKS cluster with Vault Add-On configured with Dynamo backend and KMS for auto-unseal.
  • Adding a test ALB ingress for accessing the Vault UI.
  • Moved .gitignore a level up to ignore for all subdirectories.
