MrCupcake's Changes When Adding New Doctor

  1. Changes in Admin.sql : Chnages in CheckDoctorEmail stored procedure, removed the recursive section cuz when an error was occurring it was repeating itself so many times the application stopped itself.

  2. Changes in myDAL.cs : Changes in DoctorEmailAlreadyExist method as I changed in stored procedure. Changes in AddDoctor method so I can determine when is Doctor is added and when is not.

  3. Changes in DoctorRegistrationForm.cs : Just added a new logic so user can see if the doctor has been added or not.
