With this PR .pem files can also be used with this tool. I have all my certs saved as .pem files so this is incredibly useful.

I'm not gonna do any updates on this script any more, as I don't recommend the usage of HPKP. Of course you're free to fork it. Gonna add a note to the readme and archive the repo.
